ECORIZ ENERGIA is a solid fuel with reduced environmental impact.

Mainly used in biomass plants to produce electricity and steam, it has an average calorific value of 14 MJ/kg.

After combustion, the ash (approximately 17/18%) is used in the production of pozzolanic cement, in the manufacture of refractories used by the steel industry and in the production of paints. The silica is also extracted (silicon oxide) and used, for example, in the production of photovoltaic panels and in pharmochemicals (tyres).
